Suicides are a pain in the ass. I remember when I used to play basketball, those were horrible. I was never a runner as a kid but when I was smoking (weed only) and started running again it wasn't any worse than before I smoked. Running sucks but it's a good workout and you get used to it after a little bit. Always helps to have your favorite music these days when u run also.
