Well the main difference when using high nitrogen fertilizers between indoor and outdoor plants is not really the potting of the plant, but the amount of light they get. This is a Miracle Grow fertilizer, it wasn't designed with cannabis growing in mind. The difference they see with indoor and outdoor plants is the lighting available. Most people with indoor plants just have them near a window where they recieve moderate amounts of light. They will use less nitrogen than plants out in the full sun, which will utilize the nitrogen a lot faster because of the abundant light source for photosynthesis. The best rule of thumb for cannabis, is to use half the directed amount of fertilizer. Too little, will not be bad, but a little too much can seriously screw up your plants. What I really worry about though, is that the fertilizer you have chosen is a chemical fertilizer and very acidic. Check the PH level of it and your soil. You are best with the PH in the range of 6.7-7.2. I always strongly recomend against chemical fertilizers, because of the horror stories and experiences I have heard and also experienced myself. I'm a true believer of organic cultivation and it seems more and more cannabis growers are going this route as well, because of the amazing results it brings.
