First of all, kudos for getting that much done in nine days. I get -real- lazy about updating my site. You've got stuff laid out fairly well, it's readable, you haven't butchered the english language (which is always a good thing) and the page links are sensible and obvious.
Bad points: The automatic tripod advertising. I might be forced to say that I prefer geocities. If you're using a free service, you're gonna get ads, but at least the viewer can close the geocities adverts.
It looks kinda... impersonal. Like you used one of the layouts they give you to use. I don't know if that's true or not, but it does look like it. Do they have an HTML editor you can use to do the pages with? It might be well worth looking into some basic HTML coding.
Try here: http://www.annabella.net/html.html
or here: http://www.tizag.com/
The second site is probably better.
If Tripod don't let you use an HTML editor, this counts as another point in favour of geocities. They do let you use one (they also give you templates).
As for content, I would try and make the main page more appealing - saying that it will eventually have a, b and c doesn't capture visitors. The about us page is just kinda... oh. Also, I'm not really sure about the "recommended" page. After all, you're not condoning any illegal activities. I think I'd cover my ass, and re-name the page.
Good luck!
