Age means nothing. If he feels he is mature enough to smoke weed, then let him. It's not going to fuck with him.

Make sure you inhale right, and hold it in for 5 seconds. More than that doesn't really help. Have your favorite food, drink, and possibly movie/friend easily accessible so you can just chill out.

I'm not a noob, but I have a question about coughing. Whenever I cough it's usually because my throat's really irritated. The only times I've -EVER- coughed were when I had a cold. Does that seem normal? Also, if I press on my throat while I'm hitting (that is, if my cold allows the smoke in. Sometimes I'll cough as soon as that sweet smoke hits my throat and it pisses me off. Fucking colds), I don't cough. Is THAT normal?
