id say use scissors, just use one hand to keep the weed in place and the other to cut it up and it wont take very long, and you can cut it to your preference(make sure you dont cut yourself, it takes a little practice to do quickly but its worth it)try and get a large surface to do it on(unlike the plate in the pic, it was just layin around and there isnt any weed on it)
