unless you use a cool tube 1000watts is going to kill those plants. i dont care what you do. that box is too small to fit 10 plants in. the buckets may fit but the plant has what i like to call "branches" and they will reach out past the bucket. so you will loose all secondary bud growth and end up with an SOG style grow.

I second that... without experience... only read.

Anyways, the down side I see to hydro, is the cost to do it right.

I mean, you can put a plant in a bucket of water and watch it grow/die, but, my experience has been, that the more control and the more 'fancy' you want your setup, the more $$$ goes into it.

I haven't grow soil, but for hydro:
    pH meter
    ppm/tds/ec meter
    water pump(s)
    air pump(s) + air stones
    Build-it your-self PVC growing contraptions

???!?!????---- sorry... got away from the computer, and now I'm lost... hope this helps

God, if only you didn't have the plants. All these problems would be solved by growing ten lowriders

Here some new pics.... just went and picked some plants up today and some clones. I am going to use a 600 watt hps on a tracker....I realized that 1000 watt would be too hot.

those plants are realy stretched out and thin looking. i realy don't see you having enough hite with those plants in that little box. and they look like sativa's so they are proned to grow tall and skinny.

and i like the lowryder suggestion. it is an amzing litle strain.
