@Robert42; legislation 'round cannabis in Belgium is pretty skechy. You MAY possess less than 3 grams, (and even that is NOT a law, but just a tolerance-note) but you can't buy it, and you can't grow it. Pretty funny actually, the only legal way to acquire weed in Belgium is if it falls out of the sky, right into your joint.

Heh.. the same could be said about Canada really... If you're busted with a dime or two in Canada, the most they'll do is take it from you.. if that. Alot of the concentration is on the gangs/dealers and big grow op's. "Stop it at the source" they say.

Norway
and canada
and wales has one.
I only know about a place that you can go at night once a week and smoke some weed and hang out, but i dont think they sell there.
A really nice place though..

um theres a cannabis cafe near me been open for a good long time now in england, near brighton.. but the prices/cuts are nothing special, just somewhere interesting to go for a nice smoke.. police dont bother anymore

There are plenty of places round here, that as said earlier, sell under the counter although you can't smoke in them.

the cafes in worthing, theres been 3 in the area, 2 got shut down but this ones been up and serving to the public for a long time now its a nice place, you have to be 18 to get in strictly aswell.
