My question is if I stay hydrated and excersise until this thursday...and smoke a bowl and continue to hydrate and excersise...how long will it take to rid my body of the THC...im a pretty hefty dude...6' 230lbs... Also: I have a swab test to take if i get hired at Lowe's...how long would it take to rid the THC out of my saliva if i do whats stated above?
