I brush my teeth atleast twice a day I try for three but sometimes you cant. I always use a whitening tooth paste and I also use those crest white strips three times a week to keep them nice and pearly white I use mouth wash before and after every brush and I floss after I eat anything. I dont like things in my teeth yuck!
