I brush my teeth atleast twice a day I try for three but sometimes you cant. I always use a whitening tooth paste and I also use those crest white strips three times a week to keep them nice and pearly white I use mouth wash before and after every brush and I floss after I eat anything. I dont like things in my teeth yuck!

So, I was wondering, how would you all describe your teeth and how do you maintain them? I don't really maintain my teeth well. I brush twice a day, sometimes miss it at night (only couple times a week at most), but apart from that they're all good, never had a filling or any problems with them at all

i lived in the ghetto, smoked lots of coke and was poor. having said that i have a daunting task of repairing my teeth. right now there a lighter shade of yellow than when i started. i do brush, but getting back into that habbit is tough. usualy once a day w/mouthwash, or just the mouthwash if i'm in a rush.

I don't brush like I think I should - isn't it three times a day? I brush once a day for a good five minutes, or twice when I see my girlfriend. I don't floss. I used to, but uh. No.

Somtimes i dont even have time to brush ince....well thats a lie i could brush twice if i got my ass into gear...i might start to do that....but i never have time in the morning. I have 2 fillings

my mom is a dentist so i take excellent care of my teeth. crooked, yellow, or dirty teeth are a pet peeve of mine. ive had major dental work done to correct an overbite. people tell me all the time that i have q great smile

basically i brush twice a day and mouthwash. when i feel the need, i floss and brush with Preiodent; flouride toothpaste. i also whiten once a month with Opacity Gel from my moms office. i wear a clear retainer every night to keep my teeth from shifting and grinding.
