I was just thinking, most of the smokers I know have ultra-white teeth, but, as for me, my teeth look like corn.
So, I was wondering, how would you all describe your teeth and how do you maintain them?
I don't really maintain my teeth well. Brush teeth once a day (in the morning) with mouth wash, that's all for me.

I brush my teeth daily, but they're still kinda off white cause that's just the color they are. They're a teeny bit out of line too, but when given the choice between a brace, or slightly crooked teeth, I decided to go for the option of less pain - it's not like you can even tell when I smile, so why bother?

My teeth used to be a lot more yellow. I use a paste that whitens your teeth and then i use tooth paste. But thats what 5 years of smoking ciggys does to your teeth.

I brush twice a day and mouth rinse, never floss. Havent had a cavity since grade school. I noticed my teeth kinda getting a brown tint/hue to them. So I went on Rembrants(sp?) 12 step program for a whiter smiler. It's about 20 bucks for the kit and it lasts I think for 6 months? It worked for me.

I have white teeth, they're not unnaturally white but they arent yellow. I brush my teeth twice a day at least, and sometimes thrice. I also floss.
