NEED HELP!!

i need help ive had this little seedlings under a compact fluro about 4 inches away and ive been waters with miracle grow and the leaves are turning yellow i just put a fan on it today for freash air but ill see if that helps tomorrow

try not using the miracle grow as the seedlings probably arnt dealing with it too well (not 100% sure though) still try takin off the miracle grow for a while and keep us posted.

Sounds like you're drowning them. How old are they? If they're in fresh compost they shouldn't need any nutes yet. Let them alone for two days and switch to pure water. While you're waiting read some grow faqs www.overgrow.com
