in uk cannabis has not long been downgraded by government to a class c drug....which is like smarties......or chocolate m&m's to our american friends.
also 2 or three dutch style 'coffe shop's' have opened mostly funded and stocked by the dutch. its a pity though the owners where all arrested by the fuzz the minute they opened the doors on their first day of business. but then again our government is as intelligent as george bush.

I grew up in NYC and was caught here to there but never had anything happen. But cops would try scaring you with a bunch of BS. Eventually they would just steal my shit and go fucking smoke it themselves. Well, if I was I a cop, I might have taken it myself, but would have still shared the joint. Then there were the cop "friends" and they never cared. They would just make a comment like "that's not good for you." I always wonder what kinda stuff cops smoke, man it must some good stuff. It's funny though, now I'm staying in India and no one cares here. Cops know what hash and pot is, but they don't know what a joint is. They just assume your lighting a cig. or something. Never heard of anyone getting caught with stuff over here, though I'm sure if you do, just pay a few bucks and your fine. Shit you could kill someone and pay a few bucks and be off the hook here.

im in uk and our cops are like babysitters compared to your badass cop's...ours havent even got guns.

yeh we have lame ass cops over here in the uk the only cops here wit guns are the ones that patrol the main buildings in london.... ie scotland yard,mi5, mi6 and most the queens grounds (not her parks) this has all been cos of the terroists and the threat of an attack....
