Ever been locked up for possession?

Has anyone here been locked up for possession? Weather in juvi/jail/prison? I was close last time i was caught thank god i didn't though.

nope, i never heard of being locked up for possesion and i was cought at school and was expelled, had to go to court, finned 100 dollars with a 44.50 court cost fee.

We were on our way to the races. X's friend (in the back seat) decided to take a swig of beer at a stop light..... and of course a cop happened to be right there. He pulled me over, searched the car. I didn't have any on me but it was in my car so he threw all 3 of us in jail. Luckily it was only for a few hours..... later that night they took me to the ATM in handcuffs... lol .. so I could get money to bail myself out. I had to go to court months later and THANK GODDESS got the charges dropped!!!!!

I got locked up when I went back to Texas where I used to live and got caught. Then I got caught up here in Missouri and didnt get put in jail, but now the prosecuting attorney in town is trying to get me thrown in jail for 30 days cause there were minors in the car and somehow he is saying that I was distributing the pot to them even though they said it was theirs. It is pretty much bullshit.

that sux! i am lucky to live in nebraska because this state has the most lenient (sp) laws on possesion - infraction of law and 100 dollar fine.

I grew up in NYC and was caught here to there but never had anything happen. But cops would try scaring you with a bunch of BS. Eventually they would just steal my shit and go fucking smoke it themselves. Well, if I was I a cop, I might have taken it myself, but would have still shared the joint. Then there were the cop "friends" and they never cared. They would just make a comment like "that's not good for you." I always wonder what kinda stuff cops smoke, man it must some good stuff. It's funny though, now I'm staying in India and no one cares here. Cops know what hash and pot is, but they don't know what a joint is. They just assume your lighting a cig. or something. Never heard of anyone getting caught with stuff over here, though I'm sure if you do, just pay a few bucks and your fine. Shit you could kill someone and pay a few bucks and be off the hook here.

damn was i fucked up last nite i couldnt explain shit, well let me try again sober. i live in nebraska where possesion is concidered an infraction of the law and is punished with a $100 fine plus $44.50 court cost fees. Ne is the most lenient state on the laws of possesion :P
