    Dont Consent To Seaches!

Ok I think people need to know this. especially stoners. if this is old news to you then forgive me. now. if a police officer asks to search your person vehicle or house. they need either A) a warrant B) probable cause or C) an emergency situation. ok so if they ask you to submit to a search and you accept. you waive your fourth ammendment right to freedom from searches and seizures. cops dont tell you that you dont have to submit to a search. you can just say "I dont consent to any searches" and they can not search. if you are at school, the rules are changed a little. if an officer asks you for a search (I beleive this is true but I can not confirm it) you can still say "no" but you must also say "I am leaving this property now". this can get tricky with deans not allowing students to leave, though I dont think they have a right to use force to keep you in school. you may find this link interesting. and remember DONT LET THEM SEARCH YOU. they have no right to check it out

most of the time, they dont actually hold you. they just dont dismiss you. all you have to do is ask "are you detaining me officer, or can I go" since it is usually illegal for them to detain you then they must let you go. also not consenting to searches means no dog sniffs too. so just say you dont consent

    Dont Consent To Seaches!

Sometimes it helps to be female, when a large majority of the police force is male. Couple of months ago we were just driving round at night and the cops pulled us over. They searched the car, Bob who was driving and Stewart who'd been smoking with me, but obviously they couldn't search me.

    Dont Consent To Seaches!

I got busted for possesion when I was younger and it was the result of a totally bogus search. Me and a friend were taking a short cut across the corner of a city park one night. We were just walking, minding our own business, and not smoking or anything when these two cop cars came driving up and three cops jumped out. They were total assholes and searched the two of us. There was absolutely no probable cause or anything to warrent a search but they did it anyway and ended up finding the 1/8th I had in my pocket.

Knowing what I do now I would never have consented to let them search me. Back then, however, I was 15 and was totally intimidated by them. Nothing happened though, they just brought me home to my parents (nothing quite like the look on old Pop's face then). A few weeks later my parents got a letter in the mail stating how I had been cited for being in a city park after dark and then going on with some bs about how a minor offense like that could lead to felonies in the future. LOL. We never did hear anyting about the weed though.

if ya dont consent to a search over here they suspect you for hideing sumthing therefore they are alowed to search you since they have a reson to be susspicious, and if a cop ask for ya name if you dont give it to them you will be arressted and held in custody untill they prove who u are, best thing to do is consent and give details, ive been searched once in my life, they stripd me right down to nothing even made me squat and cough... i was pretty pissed off after that since there was no reason to strip search me so i grabed my cock and started swinging it around telling the cop to make sure i had nothing hiden up there
    lets get brown
