this is not true. they may search your locker, but legally, your parents must be present for them to search you or anything in your posession(including backpack or purse)

No teacher, principle, attendant, can even lay a finger on you without the consent of you or your parents. this is illegal and they can be sued.

as for your car, only a police officer can do that and he must either have the permission of the person to whom the car is entitled or a search warrant
