that sucks man. especially since you almost got away with it. you should have just fucking been like " I dont consent to any searches. then no one has the right to search you" also you CAN NOT be arrested for not consenting to a search. though I think there was a supreme court case that said this constitutional right is waived in schools. you could definitly try it in the future though. oh yeah that is it. you can say you dont consent to any searches as long as you leave school property after saying it. just be like "I do not consent to any searches and I am leaving the property" they can not detain you (without probable cause, and not consenting does not give them probable cause). this is definitly something stoners should know. actually I am going to post it in the lounge. well hope I helped
