Mainly chavs smoke weed around here.
So probably a fight, but too many people to be arrested. We're talking about England here, so we wouldn't get arrested, just cautioned. There would be too many people to caution.. so fuck all

I went to this thing called The Great Midwest Marijuana Harvest Fest in Madison Wisconsin one year. It was in the park across from the state capital building and ther was well over a thousand people hanging out and getting high. The cops didn't do shit. Just too many people to bust and since it was just happy, non-violent, stoners the cops concentrated on traffic control and left everone alone. The only police interaction I saw was when someone was going to go across the street with a lit joint and they made him put it out.
