a plastic soda bottle, or can. They work the best, swirl some water in there so the hot ash doesn't start a fire. if your worried about smell, take a regular pot add water and cinnimon and or vanilla, orange peels and put the burner on LOW. soon the whole house will smell so GOOD.

i use a can, a bottle, or make one out of tin foil, but now im using one i made in wood shop its pretty sweet

all of those ideas are great. I would use a glass cup with some HOT water and vanilla extract. like DarkOne said. it will take that smell away like no other. and stop the ash from smoking in the tray. but pretty much anything will work
