this is what you do, when you're getting ready to go to sleep at night and you're laying there excersize your lungs by breathing in as deep as you can (til you can physically take in no more air) then breathe it out slowly..do that about 10-20 times at night. eventually that will start helping, as for now...i usually take a couple really deep breaths to "stretch" my lungs out before i'm about to start my session, if i do t his i can take some massive fuckin hits, if i do not stretch them first, i breathe in for all of two seconds then can't anymore. also you can get a smaller bong, the smaller the chamber and stuff the easier it will be to build smoke up so you can take it all in.
