This option wasn't up there:

hit that shit (lightly), fill up the tube, inhale (like a mother f'er), keep your mouth on it (while, ever so slightly, pulling on it), exhale through the nose (while, ever so slightly, pulling on it) and just keep taking in smoke and releasing it, until you finish the bowl (w/out wasting any smoke).

Of course, you have to use the shotgun properly to make this work.
