Hit it slow and relaxed. I don't take ten minutes between hits, but I do tend to take awhile.

When I hit a bong, I hit it slow, yet powerful. I have plenty of lungpower to go around. Usually when I'm hitting a bong I have to keep sparking my lighter again because I suck the flame completely out before a cherry starts . Oh well. That's why I plan on getting a butane torch.

i do all three of the top ones. my first hit is usually the slow hit, any hit that follows (until i'm thoroughly stoned) is hard fast hits. once i'm stoned i just take a hit everyonce in awhile...and i ALWAYS use ice/water.

Well i chose both

mainly because i smoke my bong.. alot.. i do roll of course, but usually for 2 or more people.. If i'm Solo.. I'm Bonging most of the time (but not all).
