I would think in this case, discretion would be advised. You should hide the fact that you smoke from your kids, and especially from their friends. Don't think for one minute that they aren't telling other people, like their parents, that you smoke. It'll come back to haunt you very soon if you keep being so open about it.

This is most true, I have a 18 y/o step-son that is now in college, he knows "i used too", but I do (if I can ever get any!!). But he is cool enough to not run around telling ever Tom Dickhead an Harry. He has done it a time or two himself, but it's turing out not to be his thing, unfortunatly alcohol is, but he is somewhat responsible with it, as underage and all he is.
