I love holding all my hits in til it all evaporates in my lungs. I heard that its not good for you to hold it in but, eh...Ima get a helluva buzz for my buck. I feel like Im wasting it if I blow it out after a few seconds. I don't only do this with my shit, if someone is kind enough to let me hit their shit I like to hold it in and savor what they give me. And if I can't hold it in long enough so that the smoke evaporates in my lungs, I'll go for as long as I can. :thumbsup:
