Sit back and relax watching a comedy and next thing you'll know you'll be giggling your arse off and craving chocolate. If you start panicing just go and take a 15min walk. Fresh air and exercise cures all.
Actually I haven't smoked one hit since then and that was nearly a year ago when I had that attack. Nearly everytime I've been around it since then I go into panic mode again. I wasn't smoking alot at all then either when it happened.

I think first I'm gonna get in a room and breathe some second hand and see how I do, then kinda slowly work my way back in.

I don't necessarily want to go back to my old smoking days, but I'd love to be able to smoke one more time atleast to prove I fixed this issue.

Thanks for all the replies!
MyPlague Reviewed by MyPlague on . Weed, Vitamin C and panic attacks So I used to smoke pot alot. For a period of 6 months I smoked pot nearly every day. After that I got more into alcohol, and began drinking every day. A year went by before I smoked again. I remember that one time I must have had 18 big hits and I remember feeling my chest because of a "phantom" pain around my heart. Another year goes by before I smoke again. This time I'm drinking less, but I am taking vitamin supplements (most notably 300 percent vitmain C), and milk thistle for liver Rating: 5
