ahhhh sometimes, I'd say that the first time you do a drug. You've hyped yourself up for what it's going to be like..so the experience itself of "the first time" is really what makes it great. Trying something new for the first time..Personally, my first trip on LSD wasn't that great, mainly because i mixed with shrooms.. and was just.. generally destroyed..

The second time around though, i did just the LSD and had an Awesome time...

if you've ever done amphetamines, you'll understand.

it's one stable high that has you "jacked" (the word i use, because essentially, you'll most likely be awake the next morning still feeling the "glow") for an extended period, as opposed to quick-hit drugs like cocaine.

Wow, all the tabs I've taken lasted eight hours, except one bad one I got in Virginia.
The sugar-cubes and straight drops were weaker, and then there's low-grade acid.

My bad trip was caused by the shutting off of the lights and street-light trails.

It involved sweating.

90% chance of having a bad trip? ive never had a bad trip on acid and ive taken it over 10 times atleast, come to think of it the only substance ive ever had trouble with is booze, for the thread starter: dont do it by yourself for sure unless during the trip you feel you need some alone time, and try your best to avoid being in a car or a dangerous situation because acid tends to fuck with your preception

You kinda read it wrong.. i wasn't saying that you'll have 90% chance of having a bad trip.. i was saying that most of the time when you DO have a bad trip it's because you've done the drug for the wrong reasons.. or at really bad time in your life.

So my buddy has several tabs of acid...and Ive always been curious....Ive take shrooms whenever I come across them and am real into it....I am very curious as to what acid would be like, but I dont want to permanently mess myself up...I was wondering if anyones had any experiences or any insight into this for me..thanks

LSD won't permafry you with one try, don't worry. Just don't go over board on the bus and you won't do any damage. And regarding bad trips, man, don't even think about it!1 Trust me, just pick THE RIGHT TIME to do it and all will be well. Make sure there are no time restrictions (Like one of the dudes here mentioned) and that you'll alone with your friends... no interuptions. Then you are sure to have a fun time. is a bad trip just a lot of bad thoughts, hallucinations???? I dont think that will happen, im taking it with a couple real good friends who have never tried it either....i just hope it doesnt leave me real fucked up in the head..or give me flash backs

You've done shrooms countless times and you're not sure as to what exactly a bad trip entails?

I've only ever smoked weed (and tried nutmeg.. rip off) and i know all you need to, to trip..
For a few months I'd read trip reports and all sorts about Shrooms and Acid, as i am very curious
