I'm no fan of christianity, or any other religion, but the middle east and North Africa had sacked europe, and enslaved people ("white slavery") - and they it was felt that crusades were just.

That is 100% correct. And so is female circumcisiion in some cultures. Both of these procedures are wrong.

Just because a kid will have to learn to brush his teeth is no excuse to pull them out, and the same goes for foreskins.
BTW, some Mohels (Jewish professional circumcisionists) actually BITE and chew the foreskin off the babies!

Here's pictures of a bris, where mouth techniques are used. I don't think that he is biting it in this instance - he's mostly just sucking the blood which is called metzitzah b'peh,

i know about what goes on at a bris. i'm jewish, and have two younger brothers. i know about female circumcision as well (anthropology classes have taught me well) and while you are entitled to your opinion, just because it's your opinion doesn't make it wrong. in some cultures it's done as a religious practice, or for asthetic reasons. people from other cultures can come see what you're doing and think it's disgusting even though it's normal to you.
