To those saying i should try DXM, i already have, i used to be addicted to the shit. Anyways, the night i took the shrooms and Diphen, was crazy...not really in a good way though. I kept getting auditory hallucinations which were most unpleasant. I kept hearing creepy alien-like distorted sounds. The shrooms enhanced the diphen instead of the diphen enhancing the shrooms. I kept hearing fucked up shit let me tell you, things like hearing my dad yell at me saying he will kill me, and i kept hearing distant conversations, that werent really going on. To those who like the Effect Bennedryls give...You must be fucking crazy, its like making yourself skitzo for a few hours. At times the shrooms kicked in more then the Diphen, and the diphen helped the shrooms give a more colorful effect. I remember seeing streaks and flashs of colors once in a while and not being able to differenciate reality from psychadelicness. I remember being EXTREMELY tired, but i didnt fall asleep as i wanted to atleast have a full length trip, i waited so long the effects of the Diphen went away completely (even my sleepyness) and the shroom effects were still lingering. I sat there with my eyes closed watching a psychedelic slideshow, as you are all familiar with.. The diphen seemed to make my closed eye visuals show up more clearly, and more colorfully. But other that that, the diphen felt like SHIT. most of the time it felt like the chemical was sucking juices from my brain..then i would hear a VERY vivid auditory hallucination. I don't like auditiory hallucinations at all, they make me feel like im going crazy. Closed eye and open eyed hallucinations are the best. Overall the trip was ok, but had many freaky moments, while the diphen was in effect. Mushrooms effect is Awesome, and shouldint be mixed with chemicals. I would have rather chewed the .8 of mushrooms, then when i felt them,started smoking bowls. Oh well, life full of experiences, and this was definately an odd one. For 2 days after the trip i was having bennedryl after effects, and seeing small disortions, and changes in perception. I had strong liver cramps until today.
