I don't know about you, but I don't wank to words. When I'm fantasizing about a sexy scenario, I make mental images and concentrate on those, as well as the pleasurable sensations coming from my genitals. Even when you read an erotic story, it's not the words you're getting off to, but rather the ideas that the words evoke. Every time you interpret a sentence, you decode it and make a mental simulation of the idea, and every time you make a sentence of your own, it starts out as a simulation of the idea you want to get across, which you then put into words.
