Like everything else, moderation and balance is the key...But those concepts are a lil wider for some people, and their "extremes" are a lil further to reach...You just got to be true to yourself, notice when you are good for a stop and once your convinced of that you're not addicted anymore (not like other durgs that even when you wanna quit you cannot) So the key is always be true to yourself, listen to what you REALLY have to say to yourself...
