i have some delsym im wondering if its good to trip on. the active ingredient is dxm. but i dont know if the brand is any good or does it not matter.ive only used robotussin before. so my question is are all cough syrups good if the active ingredint is dxm

i think it has the highest concentration of the active ingredient available ever.. like 30mgs or something? ive done it before and it fucked me up, made me kinda of weird nauseus cuz it was orange flavored, but I got fucked up

It says that delsym is the best cough suppressent because it gives you a LONGER lasting relief. Does this mean its going to make me trip harder AND LONGER?? cause if so i dont think i want to take it for my first time
