the cnn guy probably was talking about the avian bird flue, or it may have beeen a cuple weeks ago before they knew it was the water, for a little bit when they were unsure of the reason the people were dyeing and they where thinking it cud be the flue, thats hy they put the whole old folks ome in quarantine
