My plant isnt growing at all n e more, its beea a week and its still the same size as it was on the second day...im so lost again

Post your full grow setup so we can help diagnose the problem better. Sounds like something is stunting it's growth. What pots size do you have it in?????

its in the middle of a pot about the hight of a medium size bowl, i have one grow light on it.

And how old is the plant? Just a week? You mean it it the same size as it was when it first popped out of the soil???

i had the same problem until i was seed the plant in the garden! its growing much better outdoor....that is my exsperience!
