i can use the flat end of almost anything that's metal and pop those off in about 6-8 seconds. i use BIC exclusively like some little gas station asshole. just do what the hippyduder advises - bend up those two prongs holding it down near the wheel, pry it up, pull up on the metal strip and bend it back and forth until it pops out. i use the metal end of whatever i used to pry it open to push the little prongs back down. :thumbsup:
