People that ride the buses and subways in New York City are constantly barraged with public address system announcements urging citizens to report suspicious packages, people, etc. Well, today I did exactly that. There was a woman, wearing a burka, with packages, on an elevated subway platform. She was sitting in the middle of a row of seats, and nobody was sitting beside her because they were wary.
