I feel guilty if smoking rather than doing something I should be doing--like studying for an exam I'm not prepared for. In fact I was feeling really bad about it up until recently because I've always been a top-notch student and was noticing my grades starting to slip a little. Just smoke on the weekends or when you know you have nothing important to do, so you can feel good about it. To me there's no point in smoking when I'm in a bad mood. It just doesn't feel right.
