do you feel guilty after you smoke?

Lately i have been feeling guilty after i smoke. This could come from the fact my grades are dropping and i might be able to make varsity this year on the basketball team. But, i just feel bad after the high is over, and yet i continue to do it. Like tommorow for example, im going to read to like 1st and 2nd graders for a field trip and we get to drive ourselves and i know im going to get really high before i do it and i already feel bad about it. I think Im going to start to cut down on how much i smoke like maybe once or twice a week....sorry for this long and pointless thread i just wanted to get that off my back

Not anymore. I feel you, though. I wouldn't smoke before reading to kids if I thought it would affect my performance. That's gonna be humiliating if you have little kids laughing at your stoned reading ability. Hahah.

Heh. I remember being in school always having papers and homework due in a couple hours, and not being able to pass up the morning session. Got the homework done, though.

see thats the problem...i smoke...then expect to be able to work and i just cant...but i feel a little bit better now that denver has kinda made it legal to have...idn it makes me feel good about it

u should cut down but only cut down a little at first like instead of smoking 5 joints a day go down to 4 and 1/2 and lower and lower It always helps me when I cut down gradually if I begin to feel guilty

back when i was kind of a newb i felt bad, but if u feel bad just dont d o it man, ur not even having fun, do it when ur comfortable kids arent that cool anyway, but its as simple as that>now look at me practically an 8th a day; i need to quite desperatley but i can feel bad

you know what...i have an "almost the same" problem...you know it's a motivation thing...when i have to get something done when stoned i just tell myself, fucking do it or your not worth it, and i literraly tell myself "common kick your own ass dave" because while stone you can achieve anything you want and i proved this to myself and my friend around...it's a matter of how much you control yourself...and anyone can control therselves if they do the right thing...So keep on toking but keep on talking to yourself, otherwise you won't do much... :rasta:
