:thumbsup: I have only been using my wheelchair for about a year now, but usually only when I leave my house. When I am at home I can get by with just using my walker to help me, as long as I don't try to do too much. Using a chair is taking a bit to get use to and I not the best at avoiding things.....lol. :stoned:

I spent a couple months in a wheelchair, after my coma, while I'll was learning how to control my body, again. I can relate to your comfort.

My father is confined to a wheelchair. Has been for about 8 years now after breaking his leg. After having Polio when he was a kid, a broken leg is all it took to put him in a chair.

He does well still works, still laughs..and still makes really corny father like jokes..
But doesn't partake of medicine we all enjoy so much.
I have a great deal of respect for people in wheelchairs for many many reasons..and no respect for ignorant shits like fat possum.
