good beginner plants
The only strains that I know for sure that are good beginning ones are White Widow, Skunk, and Northern Lights. There are certainly countless more varieties. Check out www.overgrow.com for their strain guides and ratings.

good beginner plants
my first proper grow was white widow grown from seed in pots 24 inches wide and 18 inches tall umder 400 hps. all i gave them was some miracle grow in veggy stage and nothing when flowering. all the leaves went brown, crispy and fell off near the end but they grew 6ft tall and the kolas were massive. white widow will grow in spite of you. and what a high, lasted me and my mate 6 months and we smoke a lot of weed. happy growing. and read, read, read. www.overgrow.com. for all your growing needs.
