trouble sprouting

Hi every 1 i cant get my stuff to sprout i dont know what i did wrong i put the seeds in a wet paper towel for 3 days and they had the tap root coming out but its been 11 days and nothing has sprouted since i planted it and i havent over watered it either. if anyone knows wuts up please help me

This should really be in the grow forum. What soil mixture and how deep did you plant them in it? What type of light do you have over them?
