im getting this film....

just wondering wether it was any good or not?

im also getting "The singing ringing tree"
any comments on either of these films would be greatly appreciated

The book is FUCKING AMAZING never seen the movie but I know for a fact that the book is a fucking trip.

Never heard anything about either of the films.

But in high school last year, some classes read 1984 and said it was great. That's right, a bunch of high school kids enjoying a book.

Film should be good, I watched 100 Scariest Moments on tv last night and saw some of 1984, looked ok lol

I read the book, which was good, then saw the movie. the movie was a PIECE OF DREK. it wouldn't even make a lot of sense if you hadn't read the book first, but overall it was just really poorly done. except the brainwashing at the end however, that was still kinda neat, but not half as good as the book.
