If you were at the airport, with your three best friends, and one of them stepped..
For a Cerebrovascular accident (CVA, stroke), emergency treatment involves oxygen administration and blood pressure control. A computed tomography (CT) scan of the brain is indicated to rule out hemorrhage as a cause of neurological deficits. Anticoagulation may be indicated if a hemorrhagic CVA is not suspected.
