OK so me and my girl plan to have our first child soon but I got her off the stuff for a bit to clean her system, don't want the child having any problems.

I myself also am going clean during this period until conception (lucky me!)

Since cannabis goes back in time for who knows how many millions of years, i am pretty sure our ancestors, and even people more recently than that, have had THC in their systems during pregnancy or copulation (male and female).

So my question is: if both male and female have THC in system and have intercourse and she gets pregnant, is this a no-no?

Like, what kind of side affects could happen to the child?

Is it worse or safer than smoking or drinking during pregnancy?
