All I can say is, always do deals face to face if you meet someone. Never, ever give your money to someone and expect them to come back. If they suggest this, ask for collatoral, something of equal value of the money you are giving them(eg.watch, I.D card-name, address, city, etc on ID cards) If they refuse, tell em to fuck off because you will more than likley get ripped off.
