No shit. I have heard though, that some of these, unbalanced people, don't feel the same emotions we do as their brain doesn't really, "have" it, lets say. Like in this situation, myself, an animal lover, would feel very guilty for killing a cat. This man who did this for example, doesn't feel guilt, he just doesn't feel it, therefore, someone should kill him, cut him up and prepare him for consumption...feed the pigs, save some money on pig food, they'll chew the bones and everything.
