Cleaning a glass pipe

I accidently put this in experiences before. Anyway, I have tried boiling my pipe in water for about an hour, and putting rubbing alcohol in it and shaking too, but the resing won't go away. I tried cleaning it manually wiht a q-tip and soap but I cant reach most areas of my pipe wiht that. Please help me, I don;t knwow aht to do. P.S. i am not wrried about saving the resin. thanks

usually boiling works fine for me (i dont let my pipes get too dirty). it stinks up the house though. ummm you could try like "goo b gone" but you would have to make sure that the pipe was COMPLETELY clean of the goo b gone before you used it again cuz i dont think it would be good for your lungs

i dont knowif you get to a head shop, i know in united states laws are quite opressive against those shop but usually they sell some special brush to clean it, i have one of those and it works fine...good luck!

Ive always used rubbing alcohol and a bottle nipple brush. Let it soak for a while and it will work, patience!

ok thanks. i just dont understand why the boiling didnt work. and i would go to a headshop (they exist in the states, usually jsut in metropolitan areas) but im a minor so thats out. ill try the alcohol soaking thing.

use alcohol and throw in a handfull of salt (rock salt is great, regular will do). get it inside, shake it around, rinse, repeat. It works great, way better than boiling...

we all do it. it's the best method i know of.

just scraping it is what i do alot, works fine for me, just be careful to to scarch the sides.
