WHat type of lights

ok every were i read people are giving me different specs. so lets get this straight. for the first 2 weeks you want to use either a metal halide bulb but what wattage. im growing on eplant so what should i use. then after the growing phase i switch to hps and again what wattage i need these specs just like everyone else.

How many plants are you growing?For just a few I would suggest a 250 watt high pressure sodium.You can use this light all the way through the plants life,without having to switch.keep the lights on 18-6 until your ready to flower then switch to 12-12.
