I just remember Bushit said he had searched and scoured the country for the best choice and it was Miers..LOL If Bushitler scoured the country the first time and got miers and then said Miers was most qualified person to be nominated to the supreme court. The Full Third Circuit reversed Alitos rulng, and the majority specifically criticized him for having compared statistical evidence about the prosecutions exclusion of blacks from juries in capital cases to the explanation of why a disproportionate number of recent U.S. Presidents have been left-handed.
