i enjoy his dissent in the Planned Parenthood v. Casey wich he argued for the law requiring spousal notifacation before an abortion. This im sure, will cause the typical dem moaning. I believe this will move the court to the right a little and in the future help in cases against God and abortion on demand folks. Not to mention that he is 52 years old (i think) so he will be around for a long time. I'm glad W didnt pick Pracilla Owen.
