I'm 15 and I live in Canada. I've heard so many people say that weeds decriminalized in Canada and some parts of the U.S. So what do you mean by that? Like I've heard that if you're over 18 and have been caught smoking weed somewhere where its decriminalized you just get off with just a fine and no charge? I know that id you're under 18 you get charged, because I know Rating: 5

Decriminalization
yep i do it in the streets of montreal without a prob i dont even hide it when a cops passes by...in canada, or most part of it, they aim for big plantation in cornfields and major grow op...like i said my cousin is in the police and know about my indoor growing and just gave me advises reagrding some busts he made...so there's no law that decriminalize but law enforcement understood there are worst thing to take care of...and our goverment doesn't consider weed as the root of evil like bush does...so yes its illegal whatever the qty you have but the just don't give a fuck!!

Decriminalization
Decriminalization means that you don't go to jail for weed. They just treat it like a traffic ticket.
